Most mornings, I watch Darren Daily (my goal is every day). 

Recently, his puzzle episode resonated with me as I looked around my disarrayed home, filled with packing material and miscellaneous items in designated piles.

I was surrounded by mayhem! 

There were so many details and decisions to make while preparing my home to rent this summer.  For example, what office items I’d need and what needed to go into storage.

I’ve decided to expand my business and build my sales team, which means leaning into the lovely support and resources of my Division sales office – located in Jacksonville, Florida.

So that’s where I’m spending the summer!

Darren shared in the Puzzle video that puzzles mimic the great adventures, big projects, and transitions that we all embark on in life. Plus, they’re great fun!

My designated piles and never-ending to-do lists were my puzzle pieces. And I started it all for the end picture: a supportive, fun summer in Florida.

I tackled this relocation the same way I would a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle, with these 6 things in mind:

1. Build the frame first – have the “framework in place first!”
2. Do one thing at a time!
3. Don’t force a fit.
4. Sometimes, you have to take a different perspective.
5. You’re gonna want to quit!
6. The joy is in the journey.

Many of your clients are in the beginning stages of putting their puzzle pieces together.

• They’ve left their 9-5 role for more freedom as an independent consultant.
• They’ve retired early to spend more time traveling or with their families.
• They’ve just bought that 2nd home in FL to escape from harsh, Midwest winters.

They’re now in the phase of the puzzle where they have the frame built, and the middle of the puzzle looks daunting and impossible.

This is where we come in.

A great health plan that covers them through any venture or transition will be a puzzle piece they easefully snap into place to regain their confidence and feel exhilarated by the bigger picture again.

While the pieces of my traveling puzzle are still slowly coming together, I’m grateful for the pieces of the puzzle I did not have to recreate, research, and change.

My health plan allows me to access health care anywhere in the US.  I don’t need to change health plans when I’m in another state.  That’s pretty wonderful right?!
