Lately, I think my computer might be reading my mind…

I was just thinking about how confusing and quickly evolving AI can be.

Then, right on cue, an article popped up: “10 AI terms everyone should know.”

And surprisingly…it helped.

I’m not an AI expert, but after reading it, things felt a little less intimidating and a lot more understandable.

And it made me realize…

Like health insurance, AI is evolving quickly—and it can be overwhelming.


The most common health insurance questions

So, I thought I’d share my version of the top health insurance questions people are usually wondering about.

Here are some of the most common questions we hear:

  • how much is my new plan going to be?
  • what do these terms mean?
    • deductibles
    • out-of-pocket costs
    • co-insurance
    • co-pays
  • what are my benefits?

Questions people ask after they’ve had a plan for a while

And if someone has already had their plan for some time, the questions often shift a bit…

  • what are my health plan benefits?
  • I have a policyholder portal…how do I access it?
  • where do I get a replacement health ID card?
  • can I see a specific provider for a certain condition or symptom?
  • what happens with my coverage if I’ve just had a medical issue?
  • how do I adjust my plan for a life change (move, new family member, etc.)?
  • how do I manage my claims? there is so much paperwork!
