But there’s a big one I hear from people who were just referred or are hearing about us for the first time:
“Wait…what?…private, old school health plans still exist??”
I am still amazed at how many people tell me they did not know about a private health care option.
But they do exist.
They’ve been around since before ACA plans started in 2014.
And many people are shocked—and pleasantly surprised—to learn that private health care options are available (and are often better).
To make sure we are clear with our definitions:
